Recipe for Chocolate Lip Balm:
3 Tbsp Cocoa Butter
4 Chocolate Chips
1 Capsule Vitamin E
Place cocoa butter and chocolate chips in a double boiler. Pierce Vitamin E capsule and add the liquid to the double boiler mixture. Melt over low-medium heat, stirring frequently. The end result should be a smooth liquid. Carefully pour the liquid into a lip gloss pot and refrigerate until set.
You can use an old lip gloss pot that has been washed out. Or, buy them somewhere like http://www.specialtybottle.com/ which has lip gloss pots very cheap.
